Many areas are underserved where educational and medical health facilities and services are concerned.  This shortage affects the general public and this issue will affect their quality of life.  CONXCORP can develop world class public hospital and educational facilities.  The new facilities will be comprised of “intelligent buildings” and will be productive, cost-effective and optimized environments in terms of infrastructure, systems and services.  Retrofit and refurbish projects are often key strategies to expand capacity while maintaining current demand.  Many times add-ons are required to augment capabilities (i.e. develop new buildings for Medical, Obstetrics and Pediatrics Inpatients, Emergency, Radiology, AT&R, ICU / CCU, Kitchen and Mortuary).  Our objective is to ensure that the site facilities are provided at optimal cost and appropriate for the efficient, safe, effective and sustainable delivery of services (in terms of both cost and outcome).
