Where does CONXCORP work?
Anywhere in the world. Our head office in Mississauga, Ontario, serves Canada and the USA, and we have offices in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Montevideo, Uruguay and Abuja, Nigeria, with project teams wherever the site is.
What kinds of sites do you work on?
Every kind of site, staffed or unattended: cities and public spaces, industry and resources, transport and logistics, commercial and retail, government and institutions, sports and venues, and wellness.
Do you design the lighting as well as supply it?
Yes. Every fixture comes with the photometric design to place it: the layout on your site plan, the calculations and the documents to submit. Consultation is also available, with a CONXCORP project or on its own, for lighting, solar and power, and intelligent infrastructure.
Can you make custom fixtures?
Yes. When the catalog does not fit, we engineer a complete fixture for the project: output, colour temperature, housing, finish and mounting, with custom optics when a standard distribution will not do.
Where can I find spec sheets and IES files?
Spec sheets are on each product page, under Downloads, and in the Knowledge centre downloads, along with installation manuals where they are published. IES files are available on request: ask us through the Contact page.
How can a project be funded?
Through an ESCO, a lease, secondary capital, rebates, grants and subsidies, sovereign support for international public-sector projects, or a conventional purchase. We check which rebates, grants and subsidies your project qualifies for and prepare the applications on your behalf.
How does an ESCO project work?
CONXCORP funds and delivers the project and is paid from a share of the savings it produces. That is why an ESCO project can be cash-flow positive from day one, with no out-of-pocket capital.
Do you install and maintain what you supply?
Yes. We provide project management and installation crews anywhere in the world, test and commission every system with training for your team, and maintain it under a service level agreement matched to your requirements.
What is INTELIGHT?
INTELIGHT is a converged platform that enables everything smart and IoT, and builds the infrastructure it runs on. It overcomes five obstacles that stop smart projects: power, connectivity, vantage point, disparate systems and right-of-way.
Does INTELIGHT need a light to work?
No. The INTELIGHT Edge device plugs into the standard 7-pin receptacle on a luminaire, or runs fully autonomously where there is no light at all. The standalone platform (runs locally or in the cloud) also works with virtually any sensor or data device on the market.
Do you offer power where there is no grid?
Yes. We design solar, wind and hybrid systems for lighting, smart poles, IoT devices and more, running fully off grid, as a grid hybrid or with generator backup. Each system is sized for its site, its load and its storage.
Do you supply lighting for hazardous locations?
Yes. Our explosion-proof range covers classified hazardous locations. Each product page lists the markings printed for that product.
What is in the wellness range?
Three parts. Red light therapy devices: wall, stand, sauna and portable panels, plus wearables such as belts and masks. Infrared garments, made from fabrics that absorb your body heat and return it to the skin as infrared. And health data insights on the INTELIGHT platform, which turns health data into baselines so care can be planned ahead.
